1. Return Guidelines
At ABLO LLC, we want every purchase to meet your expectations. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item meets the criteria below:
- The product must be unused and not washed
- All original tags and packaging should be intact
- A valid proof of purchase is required
- Items marked as clearance, discounted, or customized cannot be returned
2. Starting a Return Request

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief explanation of the reason
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Note: Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
3. Refund Process
After we receive your returned item, it will go through a quality inspection. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- You will receive an email notification once the refund is completed
- Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable
4. Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. This helps ensure quicker delivery and product availability.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

- Clear photos showing the issue
We will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
